Zoom Integration
Prerequisites
- A RepArena account with an active subscription
- A Zoom Pro (or above) account with cloud recording and audio transcription enabled
- Account admin permissions on the Zoom account
Connecting Zoom
- Log in to RepArena and navigate to Settings → Integrations.
- Click "Zoom" and give the connection a name.
- You will be redirected to Zoom to authorize RepArena.
- Once authorized, you will be redirected back to RepArena.
How it works
Once connected, RepArena automatically receives and analyses your team's Zoom cloud recordings. When a meeting ends and the transcript is processed, Zoom notifies RepArena. RepArena fetches the transcript, participant list, and recording metadata. Each call is scored across greeting, discovery, pitch, objection handling, and close. Results appear in Call History and the team Dashboard.
Removing the integration
From RepArena
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Find your Zoom connection and click the delete icon.
- Confirm removal. This revokes the OAuth token and stops all data syncing.
From Zoom
- Sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace.
- Click Manage → Added Apps.
- Find "RepArena" and click Remove.
After removal, no new data is fetched from Zoom. Existing call data in RepArena is retained unless you request deletion by contacting team[at]reparena.ai
Troubleshooting
- Calls not appearing: Ensure cloud recording and audio transcription are enabled in your Zoom account settings. Recordings may take a few minutes to process after a meeting ends.
- Authorization failed: Ensure you are a Zoom account admin. Re-try the connection from Settings → Integrations.
- Need help: Contact team[at]reparena.ai
